Tuition payment is due at the time of registration. Registration for our classes and productions is online on our website. Beginning August 2016, all families must have an online account with us for registration and payments. If internet access is a barrier to the registration process, please contact our office for assistance. You may register multiple students for multiple classes/productions in the same order. After you have selected your classes you will proceed through the online checkout process. During checkout you may elect to pay the for the selected classes in your order in full or pay a sliding-scale deposit toward the balance and enroll in a monthly installment plan with a credit card. Families may not enroll their student in a subsequent class, workshop, private lesson or production if an installment plan is in arrears.
Classes are subject to cancellation if enrollment is below prescribed minimums. If we cancel a class or a production due to low enrollment or for any other reason, we will refund 100% of the tuition you have paid toward that class/production. You will be contacted with an alternative class option, offered a credit to your account, or a tuition refund. All refunds are made by check.
If you notifiy us that your child is withdrawing from a class or production before classes or rehearsals begin, your tuition is refundable, less a $25 deposit per class/production.
Withdrawals initiated after the first week of classes or rehearsals are elibigle for a sliding scale refund, less a $25 deposit per class/production. The amount of the refund will be calculated based on the date the withdrawal notification is received, the number of classes or rehearsals attended, unexcused absences, cost of materials, costumes and staff time prior to the withdrawal. A written withdrawal notification must be received to be eligible for a refund. Not attending classes or rehearsals does not constitute a withdrawal. Notification of withdrawal from classes may be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org, or to the stage manager email@example.com for productions.
We appreciate you contacting our office by phone or email if your child is ill and unable to attend class. We do not pro-rate tuition if a student misses a class.
Cancelling a class session:
If it is necessary for us to cancel a class session due to instructor illness, inclement weather, or other unavoidable circumstances, we will offer a make-up class at an alternate time.
Inclement Weather Policy:
If weather conditions necessitate us canceling classes or rehearsals, families will be notified by email and/or by text message. You must elect to opt-in to SMS messaging when creating your online account to receive text notifications. Notification will be sent out no less than two hours prior to scheduled class times.
